Free Technical Support for Photopia is offered for the first 45 days after the program is licensed. All technical support after this time is covered by one of the Annual Support Options.
Our technical support is provided by optical engineers in our Colorado office. We use Photopia daily on our own projects, so chances are if you have an issue, we've run into the same thing ourselves and have a fix. We strive to answer all our support emails in a timely manner since we understand that if you're hung up on Photopia you'll likely be waiting on us to proceed on your design. If we receive your question during our day (8 AM - 5 PM MST) we'll have it answered as soon as possible, and definitely before the end of the day. If the question comes outside of our business hours we'll answer it the following day.
