What We Do:

We'll measure the total integrated reflectance and transmittance in our integrating sphere. We'll measure the reflected and transmitted scatter in our custom developed BRDF/BTDF goniophotometer. We'll create Photopia Library files for your material and distribute to our users.

• bare lamp photometry (IES/LDT file)
• CAD model if available

What It Costs:

$900 depending on lamp

What We Do:

We'll measure and generate a 3D CAD model for the light source. We'll measure the luminance of the various parts of the light source and assign those to geometry in the CAD model. We'll measure color properties and assign those to the model. If you don't have bare lamp photometry we can get that for you. We'll create Photopia Library files and distribute to customers.

Custom Lamps and Materials

Do you have custom lamps or materials for individual OEMs? Perhaps materials only used within your company, or custom LEDs setup with a certain die or phosphor configuration. We can make a model for these and just provide them to you or a specific client, not our general public library.

Product Under Development

You may have lamps or materials that are under development or only in engineering sampling. We can measure these products and add them to a private library, providing access only to people within your company or selected customers. Once you have a general release we can provide the product to everyone. Because this requires a little more management on our end, there is a small fee, but this allows you to get Photopia models for product under development into the hands of optical engineers that will be specifying your product in their projects.
